  • Uproar (noun) – कोलाहल, कुहराम 
    Meaning – A loud and impassioned noise or disturbance.
    Synonyms – disorder, outcry, protest; commotion, disturbance.
    Sentence – The room was in an uproar.
  • Streak (noun) लकीर, रेखा
    Meaning – A long, thin line or mark of a different substance or colour from its surroundings.
    Synonyms – element, vein, trace.

  • Intolerance (noun) – असहिष्णुता, न सहने योग्यता
    Meaning – Unwillingness to accept views, beliefs, or behaviour that differ from one’s own.

  • Bully (verb) – धौंसिया, भयभीत करना 
    Meaning – A person who habitually seeks to harm or intimidate those whom they perceive as vulnerable.

    Meaning – use, utilize, turn to.

    Meaning – the unexpected (bad & harmful) outcomes of a political situation.
  • Dispensation (noun) – व्यवस्था
    Meaning – Exemption from a rule or usual requirement.
    Synonyms – system, arrangement, organization.
    Sentence – Industries now have to lobby and politicise to get dispensation.
  • Renowned (adjective) प्रसिद्ध
    Meaning – Known or talked about by many people; famous.
    Synonyms – well known, famous, much publicized.
    Sentence – The classes he took became renowned for their excellence.
  • Veiled (adjective) – ढंकना 
    Meaning – A piece of fine material worn by women to protect or conceal the face.
    Synonyms – hidden, concealed, disguised/camouflaged.
    Sentence – Traditionally, the bride wears a white gown and a veil.
  • Snip (verb)धज्जी, छाँटना, कैंची से कतरना 
    Meaning – Cut (something) with scissors or shears, typically with small quick strokes.
    Synonyms – cut off, remove, trim/take off.
    Sentence – The dress is really rough but I have been chopping and snipping it all day.
  • Wilfully (adverb) – जान-बूझकर
    Meaning – With the intention of causing harm; deliberately.
    Synonyms – deliberately, purposefully.
    Sentence – She denies four charges of wilfully neglecting a patient.
  • Curtail (verb) – घटाना, संक्षिप्त करना
    Meaning – Reduce in extent or quantity; impose a restriction on.

  • Orchestrate (verb)

  • Celluloid (noun) 
    Meaning – A transparent flammable plastic made in sheets from camphor and nitrocellulose, formerly used for cinematographic film.
