    Union minister shall eligible for election as the president if he/she doesn’t hold the office of profit.
    So, Answe is option “A”

    • No, president cannot be elected by state legislative assemblies of all union territories only those of delhi and puducherry.

    Apart from parliament and state lesgislative assemblies of state president can only be elected by state legislative assemblies of Delhi and puducherry.
    So B is correct answer
