The Mussoorie bullet incident (Goli Kand) incident took place on 2 September 1994 in Mussoorie in Dehradun district. The Mussoorie bullet-scandal occurred as a result of the Khatima Goli Kand case. On 2 September 1994, people gathered in Mansoori to protest against the Khatima Goli Kand. Who was protesting the Khatima firing peacefully. Two real sisters who went to talk to the administration were shot by police.
Indiscriminate firing by the police for opposing this brutal incident. In which many people got shot and three of them died in hospital. But the public also continued to protest and the public too became violent.
To prevent this mass mobilization, the police got P.A.C. had to call but the public attacked the Police and P.A.C. also. In which many policemen were also injured and Deputy Superintendent of Police Umakant Tripathi died.
